Completely new to using this forum, so thank you in advice to anyone who has input on this.
I have purchased 2 seats for Keyshot. One for myself and one for another designer. I logged on and set up my account without issue. When the second designer went to log onto his account. It said the code was already in use. After looking at the manage account page online, its showing that I am using both subscriptions at once. I cannot figure out how to remove one seat.
Additionally, there is no “Deactivate license” button located in the help menu.
Any input would be helpful, as you can imagine this is slowing down our projects!
